I recently stayed at My Rooms Ciutadella and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is housed in a charming old town house and the rooms are beautifully modern. It's just a short walk to the old town center and even closer to the harbor front. Our room faced away from the road, so we didn't experience any noise issues. The sunset views from our balcony were lovely, despite some restrictions due to adjacent buildings. The check-in process was smooth and we were even allowed to check in early without any extra charge. The communal kitchen downstairs was clean and had complimentary cakes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

my rooms ciutadella surpassed our expectations with its quiet and comfortable rooms, beautiful shared areas, and convenient location near the old town and harbor. we were especially impressed by the spacious and well-designed room, and the addition of a common area and kitchen downstairs. we will definitely be returning in the future.

The location of this hotel is great, situated down on the harbour front and far away from the main street. the room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit cramped and damp. the shared spaces like the kitchen were beautiful and well-equipped. the service was good, however, there was no staff available for questions.

The shower in the room was damp and stinky, which affected the bed linens as well.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in this city. The hotel's location is superb, as it is just a short walk from the historic old town center and the beautiful harbor front. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and tidy communal kitchen where I enjoyed complimentary cakes, to the spacious and beautifully designed room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in providing me with all the necessary information.

Nice staff and good air conditioning. The outdoor patio areas were pleasant and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was great, close to the old town center and the harbor.

The bathroom facilities were very tight and located too close to the bed with no privacy. It was difficult to use the toilet and shower without disturbing the other person sleeping in the room.

Best aspects of the hotel were its location and cleanliness. It was close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the communal facilities, including the kitchen, were clean and well-stocked. We also enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms with modern amenities.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the limited parking during peak season and the cramped bathroom facilities in some rooms. On busy nights, finding a spot to park was a struggle.
